WALLY JOSEPH RANGEO
Wally Joseph Rangeo, 86 of Bluefield, VA, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, December 12, 2015. Born in Pocahontas, VA he was the son of the late Felix and Helen Rangeo. He served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War and was a member of the local American Legion. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Gardening, cooking, hunting and fishing were some of his favorite things to do. Mr. Rangeo was a member of the Virginia Avenue United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents and his siblings, he was preceded in death by the love of his life and wife of 50 years, Lorene Coon Rangeo, who also passed away 13 years ago to the day.
He will be lovingly and affectionately remembered by his daughter, Patty Ratcliffe and her husband, Monty, granddaughter: Lori Klohr and husband, Adam; great-granddaughter, Reagan Klohr all of Jacksonville, FL; dear friend: Nancy Buchanan of Bluefield, VA; an extended family of nieces and nephews.
A service to celebrate Mr. Rangeo's life will be held Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Dudley Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ken Sprinkle officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Monday, December 14, 2015 at Dudley Memorial Mortuary from 5-7 p.m. In Lieu of flowers donate to the United Methodist Church 1901 Virginia Ave Bluefield, Va. 24605.
