THOMAS JACKSON DURHAM

Thomas Jackson Durham, 65, of Bluefield, VA, passed away Tuesday, February 05, 2019 at his home. Born in Bluefield, WV, he was the son of the late Marvin and Ruth Pauley Durham.  He was of the Christian faith.  He enjoyed fishing and watching NFL football games.  Tom loved his grandchildren and family.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings: Marvin Durham, Jr and Ellen Winningham.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 48 years: Linda Hayes Durham; his children: Thomas Jackson Durham II and Shonda Durham both of Bluefield, VA; siblings: David Durham (Mary), Frankie Durham (Barbara) all of Martinsville, VA, Jacqueline Garris of Bluefield, VA; grandchildren: Myrinda Musick, Coty Musick, Amber Fowler, Thomas Jackson Durham III, Newton Durham, Shanel Crouse, Nathaniel Nunley and Zebulan Durham; great-grandchildren: Aiyana Fowler, Tia Fowler, Katelyne Musick and Thomas Jackson Durham IV.

A celebration of life service will be Friday, February 8, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Dudley Memorial Chapel with Minister Tony Reed officiating.  Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens.  Pallbearers will be Coty Musick, Thomas Jackson Durham III, Newton Durham, Zack Fowler, Davey Durham Jr, and John Musick.  Zeb Durham will serve as honorary pallbearer.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Dudley Memorial from 5-7 P.M.
