TAMMY B. SHULTZ

Tammy B. Shultz, 62 of Bluefield, WV, passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021 at John Hopkin's Hospital with the presence of her loving family by her side.  Born in Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Jess Rutledge Wilson and Rachel Louise Rose Wilson.  Tammy was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband: James Shultz; brother: William Wilson; sisters: Nancy Pruett, Glenda Flannagan and Patsy Harmon.

She will truly be missed by her daughter: Amanda Ortiz; her grandchildren: Kayla and Chris Bixby, Rachel Richmond and Landin Ortiz; her great-grandchildren: Jasmin Bixby, Leland Bixby, Chris Bixby, Jr and Karson Bixby; several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Tammy's wishes, she will be cremated.  There will be no public visitation or service, per her request.
