SHIRLEY MABEL DURHAM

Shirley Mabel Durham, 82 of Bluefield, VA, passed away Monday, May 6, 2019. Born in Burkes Garden, VA, she was the daughter of the late Trubie and Mabel Broyles Wilson. Shirley loved her grandchildren and enjoyed crafting. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Ed Durham and a sister, Virginia Stevens.

She will be lovingly and affectionately missed by her children: Tim Durham (Gilma) of Corinth, TX and Tina Davis (Barry) of Fort Wayne, IN; sisters: Irene Heldreth, Anna Mae Barett (James), Alice Buchanan (Bill) all of Bluefield, VA and Loretta Stevens of Virginia Beach, VA; grandchildren: Shan Davis, Rachel Davis and Caitlin Spillner; great-grandchildren: Avery and Rowan Spillner.

A graveside service to celebrate Shirley's life will be held Friday, May 10, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Grandview Memory Gardens with Pastor Charles Leonard officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Friday at Dudley Memorial from 1:00-1:45 P.M. If you wish to attend the graveside service, you are ask to meet at Grandview Memory Gardens no later than 1:45 P.M.

The family requests that there be no flowers sent.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the charity of your choice.
