SHERMAN BARNES ASBURY

We lost Sherman on Father's Day, Sunday, June 21, 2026.  He was the son of Kenneth Froy, Sr and Elizabeth "Pokey" A. Asbury.  He was a graduate of Graham High School.  He was a bartender by trade and had worked for various businesses, including Danny's and Club Lounge.  He was loved by so many.  We are thankful for all the prayers.  He was preceded in death by his brother: Kevin Froy.

In addition to his Mother and Father, his memory will be treasured by his siblings: Kenny Froy, Jr of Bluefield, WV, Scott Lee Tinsley of OK, Kenneth Aaron Froy of Bluefield, WV, Kimberly Gail Froy, Joseph Danieley and Christopher Joseph Froy; his aunt: "Cricket" and her husband, Calvin Green; girlfriend: Lindsey Brooklyn and her son, Colton; many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday, June 26, 2026 at Dudley Memorial Mortuary from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no service.  His body will be cremated following the visitation.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local Humane Society or to Dudley Memorial to help offset the funeral expenses.
