RUTH ELINOR PRUETT RUBLE
Ruth Elinor Pruett Ruble, 86 of Richmond, VA, formerly of Falls Mills, VA, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016. Born in Canebrake, WV, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Gray and Vicie Mae Caldwell Pruett. She was a faithful member of the Falls Mills United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Lee Ruble.
She will be lovingly and affectionately remembered by her daughter: Pamela Ruble Butterworth and husband, John Butterworth of Richmond, VA; her sister: Evelyn Martin and husband, Walter Martin Jr. of Falls Mills, VA; grandchildren: Kristin Yavorsky and husband, Mike Yavorsky of Richmond, VA and Matthew Butterworth and wife, Sophia Butterworth of Richmond, VA; great-grandchildren: William Yavorsky and Nicholas Yavorsky both of Richmond, VA; an extended family of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
A service to celebrate Ruth's life will be held Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Falls Mills United Methodist Church with Rev Ralph Kidd officiating and Rev Ray Petty Jr assisting. Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Friends are invited to visit with the Ruble family on Friday, August 19, 2016 at the Falls Mills United Methodist Church from 6-8 P.M.
