Patricia Ann Copley Odell, 87, of Pulaski, passed away early Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Sunrise of Richmond Assisted Living in Richmond. She was born in Bluefield, Va, on September 1, 1937. Mrs. Odell was a graduate of Graham High School in Bluefield.  Upon marrying at Virginia Avenue Methodist Church in Bluefield to Trooper Paul Odell of the Virginia State Police in 1957, they raised two children living in Pulaski for 56 years where they were members of the First United Methodist Church. She retired from the Pulaski County Department of Social Services serving 25 years as a social worker and eventual supervisor of eligibility. She made a career of serving those in need. Mrs. Odell was preceded in death by the only love of her life, her husband of 46 years, Master Trooper Paul W. Odell, Jr. of Pulaski, her father, Clyde Everett Copley, and mother, Lillian Virginia Burge Copley of Bluefield, Va., and sister-in-law Hester G. Copley of Bluefield, Va.

Surviving are:  brother Donald C. Copley of Bluefield, Va., sister Carol C. Martin and brother-in-law Ray E. Martin of Ashland, Va.; sons and daughter-in-law Paul David Odell, San Diego, Ca., Mark Wilson Odell and Rendia Odell, Nashville, N.C.; grandchildren, Jessee Leigh Ryan (Mark) of Hillsborough, N.C. and Zachary Wilson Odell of Raleigh, N.C.; seven great grandchildren Abram, Joanna, and twins Hannah and Peter Ryan of Hillsborough, N.C., and Aidan, Ava, and Niyah of Raleigh; three nieces, three nephews, three grand nieces and two grand nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 11a.m. from Dudley Memorial Mortuary with graveside service and interment at 12 noon in Maple Hill Cemetery, Bluefield, Va.
