PATRICIA  ANN FIELDS

Patricia Ann Fields, 87 of Bluefield, VA, passed away Friday. March 15, 2024 at Lewis-Gale Montgomery Hospital, Blacksburg, VA.  Born in WV, she was the daughter of the late James Carlisle and Bessie Francis Williams Yost.  She was a member of Graham Christian Church, although her health hadn't allowed her to attend most recently. She enjoyed collecting ceramic angels.  She was an avid fan of the daytime soap opera Days of Our Lives. Patricia loved her grandchildren with a passion and shopping with her daughters.  She had 2 fur-babies, "Ace and Jake", that she was fond of.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Hoge Fields and her brother, James "JC" Yost, Jr. She had a heart of innocence and was an angel on earth to her family and all who loved her.

She will be lovingly missed by her children: Keith Fields and his wife, Sara of Bluefield, VA, Deborah Shrader and her husband, Eddie of Rocky Gap, VA and Karen Pearcy of Bluefield, VA; 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Patricia will be cremated. The family is planning a service to celebrate her life at a later date.  Service dates and times will be posted when the details are finalized.
