ORRIN LEE HALL

Orrin Lee Hall, 86 of Bluefield, VA, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, April 30, 2023. Born in Tazewell County, VA, he was the son of the late Bert Clyde and Bessie Jane Farmer Hall. He was a faithful member of the Bailey Methodist Church for over 40 years. He loved watching old westerns and listening to gospel music. He enjoyed tinkering on small gasoline engines. He had been a machine operator for Flower's Baking Company. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife: Sally Durham Hall; his second wife: Barbara Ann Burton Hall; his siblings: Clarence Pennington, Howard Hall, Jack Hall, Louise Holcomb, Curtis Hall, Charles Hall, Alma Hall and an infant brother; his special friends: Archie McCoy and "Yogi Bear".

Those left to cherish his memory are his 2 sisters: Mary Alley of Bluefield, VA and Pat Stasheen and husband, Charles of Bluefield, VA; special friends: Carolyn and Jackie Hoops and family of Bluefield, VA, Jane and Paul Brown of Staunton, VA , Ellen Gillespie of Boissevain VA and Gail Cook; numerous nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate Orrin's life will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Dudley Memorial Chapel at 12:00 P.M. with Rev. Steve Aker officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens.

Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday at the funeral home from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of the service.
