MICHAEL LEE LEWIS
Michael Lee Lewis, 62 of Bluefield, VA, passed away Monday, September 25, 2017 at his home. Born in Bluefield, VA, he was the son of the late David Crockett and Mary Janice Brooks Lewis. He loved to hunt and fish and play video games. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Cathy Lewis.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 19 years, Margaret Gladys Westmoreland Lewis of the home; children: Michael Lee Lewis, Jr (Cathy) of Asheboro, NC, Chad Everett Lewis of Mt City, TN, Bonnie Ann Gentry (Dean) of Mt City, TN, Cindy Lewis of Bluefield, VA, David Lewis "Peanut" (Teresa) of Bluefield, VA, Gail Harry (Jim) of Bluefield, WV, Debbie Wright and companion, James of Mt City, TN, Melissa Payne (Hobie) MT Airy, NC, Michelle Burnette of North Tazewell, VA, Brian Lewis (Teresa) of North Tazewell, VA; numerous grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Mike's wishes, his body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. at Dudley Memorial Chapel with Pastor Buck Hagerman officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Friday at the funeral home from 3:00 P.M. until the hour of the service.
