MELONIE ANNE MITCHELSON

Melonie Anne Mitchelson, 50 of Bluefield, WV, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022.  Born in Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of Rebecca and Preston Canady and the late Steven Timothy Johnson.  Melonie attended Bluefield High School.  She enjoyed listening to music, crocheting and had a passion and love for animals of all kinds.

In addition to her mother and step-father, she is survived by her two daughters: Kayla Nicole Mitchelson of Charleston, WV and Alyssa Davis of Anawalt, WV; two sons: Justin Mitchelson and T.J. Davis of Anawalt, WV; sister: Jody Bowman and husband, Byron of Bluefield, VA; brother: Steven Craig Johnson of Bluefield, WV; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and her fur babies, that she loved dearly.

In keeping with her wishes, her body will be cremated.  The details of her memorial service will be posted as soon as the arrangements have been finalized.
