MARY WILBURN SHRADER

On January 15, 2022 Mary Wilburn Shrader, beloved wife, mother and friend, passed away peacefully at age 86 after a brief illness. A native of Bailey, Virginia, Mary spent the majority of her life living in Bluefield, Virginia. Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband James "Jim" Shrader, her parents John and Evelyn Wilburn, her stepmother Rosa Wilburn, as well as her brothers John and James Wilburn. She is survived by her son Keith Shrader and his wife Sandy of Ashland KY, their son Austin O'Connor, her daughter Rhonda Shrader, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins that she loved dearly. Mary was very active in Springville Christian Church for more than 60 years and truly loved and cherished her church family. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Jan. 19 at Dudley Memorial Mortuary from 12-1 with memorial services immediately after. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Mary to Springville Christian Church.
