MARY "REDD" COLEMAN

Mary "Redd" Coleman, better known to her friends and loved ones as "REDD", passed away on the evening of March 24, 2023 in Bluefield, WV.  She was born in Bowling Green, KY and was the biological daughter of Melissa Woods.  At the age of four, "Redd" was adopted by Bill Thomas of Bowling Green, KY and the late Kay Thomas.  "Redd settled in Bluefield, WV where she resided for the rest of her life.  In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her first born child, a daughter, Jennifer Coleman.

In addition to her father, Bill Thomas, "Redd" is survived by her brothers:  Mike Thomas and Pat Thomas of KY, and Robert Lambert and his wife, Jo-Ann of Oak Hill, WV; her three children: Johnathon Coleman and wife, Nikki, Chrystal Harold and husband, Spiderman and Hope Smith and husband, Darryl; 10 grandchildren: Gunter, Addy and Kennedy Coleman, Riely Daniels, Bentley Byers, Gary Davis, Jr, Nevaeh Lester, Hunter, Treyvone and Cody "Bug" Smith; 2 nephews: Nate Nate and Blake Lambert; niece: Kaitlyn Lambert; her very special best friend: Jackie Davidson.  "Redd" will be greatly missed by many others.

"Redd's" final wishes were to be cremated and her children will honor that request.  Her cremains will be buried with her daughter, Jennifer at a later date.
