MARY SUE HENRY

Mary Sue Henry, 84, recently of Land O'Lakes, FL and formally of Bluefield and Richlands, Virginia, died August 24, 2018, at Florida Hospital, Tampa, Florida.

Born in Warriormine, McDowell, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Jess Asbury and Nora Ellen Moore Asbury. She was a retired Finance clerk with Appalachian Power Company in Bluefield, W.Va.  She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, N.B. Henry.

Survivors include son David Alan Henry of Land O'Lakes, FL.; sister Mrs. Lois Smith of Richlands and granddaughters Erin Sue and Tayler Nicole and great grandson Brentley.  Sue had the distinct pleasure of having two others named after her, Rebecca Sue and Erin Sue.  Also blessed with a beautiful soloist voice and great love of music. She had a wonderful sense of humor, a contagious laugh that always left people smiling.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday September 4, 2018 at 12:00 noon with the Pastor Paul Delida officiating. A visitation will be 1 hour prior to start of service.  Entombment will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens mausoleum.
