MARY KATHERINE ANGLES

Mary Katherine Angles, 81 of Bluefield, VA, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024.  Born in Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Shuler and Gladys Thaxton Taylor.  Mary was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church and was the last surviving member of her immediate family.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Douglas Angles; siblings: Donald, Jack, James and Jerry Taylor and Joyce Weatherford.

She will be affectionately missed by her son: Stephen Angles and companion, Joetta Wright of Bluefield, VA; grandson: Jake Angles and wife, Niki of Greenville, OH; 4 great-grandchildren; lifelong friend: Patricia Davidson.

In keeping with Mary's wishes, there will be no public visitation. A brief committal service will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Grandview Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. William Lykins officiating. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at Grandview Mausoleum Chapel on Wednesday morning by 10:45 A.M.
