MARIE JUNE STAMPER
Marie June Stamper, 67 of Bluefield, WV passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Princeton Community Hospital. Born in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Frank J and Virginia Marie Blackwell Stamper. She had worked in the medical field as a CNA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Ira Smith; brother: Jessie F Stamper; sister: Shirley P Spicer.
Those left to cherish her memory are, brother: Kenneth R Stamper and wife, Linda; sisters: Judy D West and husband, Gene, Gail Lusk and husband, Michael and Kathy A Stamper all of Bluefield, WV; nieces: Tina Lusk Lewis, Lizabeth Jones, Stephanie Stamper, Angie Clark, Jessica Sandlin and husband, Steven; Nephew, Curtis West ; Debbie Dix, who was like a sister to her; longtime companion and friend: Fred Hall and his daughter, Felicia Hall; step-children: Alan and Frankie Smith; the loving and caring staff of Princeton Community Hospital.
A memorial service to celebrate Marie's life will be held Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Mid-Way Christian Church, Bluefield, WV with Pastor Mark Pennington officiating.
