MAGGIE LOUISE MEADOWS

Maggie Louise Meadows, 74 of Bluefield, VA, passed away peacefully, Friday, January 4, 2019. Born in Tazewell, she was the daughter of the late James and Lucy Earls and was a lifelong resident of Bluefield, VA. Maggie retired from Aramark and was a member of the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church on the Divides. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers: Fred, Robert, Edward, Paul, George and Walter; and four sisters: Marie, Daisy, Elizabeth and Ruth.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years: Larry Meadows; two sons: Rodney Ruble and wife, Angela Denise and Andrew Meadows; step-son: Scott Meadows and his daughter, Rylee; step-daughter: Sandra Meadows and her son, Anthony; 3 grandchildren: Waylon Ruble, Dillon and Hunter Matney; two brothers: Jack and Phillip Earls; a host of nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service to celebrate Maggie's life will be held Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Dudley Memorial Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Creighton Smith officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of the service.
