LUCILLE WYRICK COOPER

Lucille Wyrick Cooper, 96, of Bluefield, VA, passed away Monday, December 23, 2019 at Westwood Center. Born July 6, 1923, in Bluefield, VA, she was the daughter of the late William O. and Josie Etter Wyrick. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond C. Cooper and her sister, Kathryn Wyrick. Lucille was a member of Graham Christian Church. For the past two and a half years, she had made her home in the assisted living wing of the Westwood Center, where she received excellent care by the staff.

She is survived by her sister, Phyllis A. Webb of Bluefield, VA. Also surviving are niece, Linda Kirk (Robert) of Roanoke, VA and nephew, Mark Webb (Gail) of Bluefield, VA. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and several cousins.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 26, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Maple Hill Cemetery with Rev. Gary Lyons officiating. There will be no visitation. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at Maple Hill on Thursday no later than 1:45 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Graham Christian Church.
