KATHY JANE PROFFITT GREMORE

Kathy Jane Proffitt Gremore, 53 of Bluefield, VA, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, October 13, 2018. Born in Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late James Ralph and Hazel Mae Nipper Proffitt.  Kathy was of the Pentecostal faith.  She enjoyed riding around looking at nature and its beauty.  She liked working with her flowers.  She loved her children, her family and her fur babies.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law: Danny Abel II.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband: Michael Gremore of Bluefield, VA; her children: Jacob Bowling and Sara Proffitt both of Bluefield, VA; siblings: James Proffitt (Tammy), Melissa Abel and Tony Proffit (Christina) all of Bluefield, VA; 4 grandchildren; 3 nieces, 3 nephews; 7 step-grandchildren.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held Friday, October 19, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Maple Hill Cemetery with Pastor Brenda Miller officiating. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at Maple Hill Cemetery on Friday by 1:45 P.M.
