JOYCE ANN BILLIPS

Joyce Ann Billips, 83 of Charlotte, NC and formerly of Bluefield, WV went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday March 23 ^rd. Born in Bluefield, VA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Austin and Oakey Zelma Neil Mullin. She was a member of the Church of God of Fort Mill, SC and previously of Bluefield Virginia Church of God. She taught Sunday School and played the piano for services. She enjoyed playing BINGO and doing crossword puzzles. She worked as a bookkeeper for the machine parts shop, owned by her and her husband.

Her memory will be cherished by her husband of 54 years: Elmer Arnold Billips of Charlotte, NC; her children: Brian Billips of Charlotte, NC and Lisa Hodge and husband, Greg of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren: Rachel Jones and Luke Johnson both of Charlotte, NC.

A service to celebrate Joyce's life will be held Friday March 26 ^th at 2:00 PM at Dudley Memorial Chapel with Minister Phillip White officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens.

Friends may visit with the family at Dudley Memorial from 1:00 PM until the hour of the service.
