JOHN GRAHAM MCGLOTHLIN

John Graham McGlothlin, age 77 of Bluefield, VA passed away on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2020 in Roanoke, VA. John was born in Richlands, VA on March 14, 1943 to the late L.D. "Poly" McGlothlin and Betty Hagy McGlothlin. John was a US Army Veteran and retired From Norfolk Southern Railway. John was a past Master Mason of Harmon Lodge #222 in Bluefield, VA. Additionally, John had a love and passion for fishing and golfing.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Ida Adylene "Buttons" McGlothlin, daughter Heather Boyd (Chris) of Vinton, VA and son Major Shawn McGlothlin, US Army (Stephanie) of Bluefield, WV. Three grandchildren, Evan Boyd, Taylor and Carter McGlothlin.

The family will receive visitors at Dudley Memorial Mortuary on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 5:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. There will be a Masonic Rites service at 6:30 P.M. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Maple Hill Cemetery with Rev. Ray Petty officiating. Military Rites will be conducted at graveside also. If you wish to attend the service, please meet at Maple Hill Cemetery on Wednesday no later than 12:45 P.M.
