JEAN "CHICK" TILLEY GILLESPIE
Jean "Chick" Tilley Gillespie, 83 of Bluefield, VA, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 at her home. She was an employee of Dudley Primary School for 33 years and a life-long member of the Bluefield, VA Church of God.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband: Curtis Gillespie; sister: Elaine Anderson; brother: Bob Tilley; daughter: Debbie Stevens and husband, Greg; son: David Gillespie and wife, Mendy; grandson: Shannon Stevens and wife, Jessie; great-grandson: Matthew Stevens; caregivers: Leah Linkous and Shawna Barreras .
A service to celebrate Jean's life will be Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bluefield VA Church of God with Pastor Tony Ellis and Pastor Brad Scott officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, at the church from 12 noon until the hour of the service.
