JANICE GAIL DURHAM

Janice Gail Durham of Bluefield Va. passed away August 25th, 2025, after a short illness.  She was born in Bluefield, Va. and was the daughter of the late James and Lennie Williams.

In her youth, Janice attended Brushwork Elementary school. Her family later moved to Smithfield, Va. where she attended High School.

Janice was preceded in death by her brother Robert Williams, her son Carl Lambert and her daughter Tammy Hatcher

Janice is survived by her husband Larry of 53 years.

Her daughter Donna Rose and husband Claude Rose of Princeton.

Her sisters: Betty Barrett of Va. Beach and Patsy McCloud of Elkton, Va. and Sister-in-law Sharon Lambert of Gainesville, Va.

Her grandchildren are:

Amy and husband Danny Rasi

Angela and husband Jody Sergent

Heather Bishop

Daniel and Charity Bishop

Her Great grandchildren are:  Hunter Sargent, Heath Dunn, Hannah Keffer, Abrianna, Bishop and Makaylah Bishop.

Nieces and Nephews are: Karen Buchanan, Timothy Buchanan, John McCloud, Jeffery McCloud, Pamela Dean, Jennifer Huckaby, Cherly McCloud, Brian Smith and Jill Smith.

Janice loved her church and enjoyed many years of attending services at the Bluefield Christian Assembly. Her wishes were to have a private service for her family and her church family at the Bluefield Christian Assembly. Chuck Berry and Chris Benson will conduct services starting at 12 o'clock. Visiting for her family will begin at eleven O'clock on Thursday August 28th.
