JAMES OTIS HALL

James "Jimmy" Otis Hall, 73 of Princeton, WV, passed away Friday, August 06, 2021. Born in Welch, WV, he was the son of the late Clarence and Bell Hall. In earlier years, he had attended the Church of God in Conklintown, WV. Jimmy was a very intelligent man and had retired from the Department of Highways in Welch, WV as a Chief Mechanic. He had served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a simple man that enjoyed sitting on the porch and drinking coffee, reading and fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Verna Greer Hall; his siblings: David, Jack, Buddy, Lanus and Clyde Hall.

He will be lovingly and affectionately missed by his children: Debbie Adams of Bluefield, VA, Diane Riggsbee and husband, Robert of Durham, NC and Kenny Rose and wife, Sharon of Bluefield, VA; siblings: Larry Hall, Billy Joe Hall and wife, Linda and Marie McCroskey; grandchildren: Melanie Adams, Travis Delph, Kayla Rose Pope and Kenny Rose, Jr; great-grandchildren: Travis Delph, Jr, Jordyan Delph and Maci Pope.

A service to celebrate Jimmy's life will be held Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Dudley Memorial Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Jeff Stacy officiating.  Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Rob Riggsbee, Travis Delph, Travis Delph, Jr, E.J. McCroskey, Ed McCroskey and Donald Toth.

Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday at Dudley Memorial from 1:30 P.M. until the hour of the service.
