JAMES A GILLESPIE
James A Gillespie, 49 of 140 Lacey Street, Princeton, WV, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at his home. Born in Bluefield, VA, he was the son of Margie Clendenin Brinkley of Princeton, WV and the late Charles Gillespie. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Paris George Clendenin. In addition to his mother, survivors are his siblings: Sophia Hall of Springville, VA, Evelyn Lewis of Springville, VA, Richard Clendenin of Bluefield, WV, Mickey Gillespie and companion, Tim Brooks of Bluefield, WV, Barbara Hagy and husband, Earl of Bramwell, WV, Mary Ratliff and companion, Charles Cornwell of Wrights Valley, VA, Martha Burnette and companion, Jerry Wayne Anderson of Princeton, WV and Margaret Jones and companion, Robert of Bluefield, VA; step-brother: Orville Brinkley of Princeton, WV; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 2, 2015 at Dudley Memorial Chapel at 12:30 p.m. with Pastor Brenda Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park in Princeton, WV. Friends may visit with the family on Monday at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. until the hour of service.
