JACKY LEE CARROLL
Jacky Lee Carroll, 71 of Falls Mills, VA, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Tazewell Heritage Hall. Born in Coalwood, WV, he was the son of the late Robert and Georgia Lawson Carroll. Jacky was a member of the Wytheville Golf Club. He attended the Brushfork First Church of God and he had served his country in the United States Army.
He will be lovingly and affectionately remembered by his wife, Tina McVey Carroll; his children: Wendy Pease and husband, Jeff of Wytheville, VA, Shane Carroll and wife, Donna of Wytheville, VA, Rachel Montgomery and husband, Aaron of Wytheville, VA; brother: Bobby Carroll and wife, Guylinda of Abingdon, VA; sisters: Jean Wilson and husband, John of Low Gap, NC, Linda Cyphers and husband, James of Chesapeake, VA, Judy Wolfe and husband, Dickie of Princeton, WV and Betsy Mauck and husband, Tom of Plant City, FL; grandchildren: Weston Pease, Noah Pease, Mylee Pease, Heath Nelson, Brentlee Rigney and Adeline Montgomery; and the loving and caring staff of Tazewell Heritage Hall and Total Home Care Hospice MSA.
A service to celebrate Jacky's life will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Dudley Memorial Chapel with Pastor Sam Chaffin and Eric Stovall officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens, with the VFW Post #9696 and the Pocahontas American Legion Post #14 conducting Military Grave Rites. Pallbearers will be Reece Cochran, Ronnie Lusk, Gary Walker, Michael Davidson, Aaron Davidson and Richard Jones.
Friends are invited to visit with the family Monday, October 5, 2015 at Dudley Memorial from 6-8 p.m.
