JACK ALLEN BROWNING

Jack Browning, 82, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at home surrounded by his family.  He left behind a lifetime of memories and love for family.  Jack was a proud son, brother, husband, father and especially a proud grandfather. He served his country in the United States Navy and was a dedicated veteran.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Mary Browning and Wilma and Seibert Stephens and his brother, Jim.

He is survived by his wife, Judy; his sons: Jeff (Sara) of Roanoke, VA and Jay (Deana) of Greenville, SC; his special gifts from the universe--his grandchildren: Bailey Browning and Gunnar Browning; siblings: Carol White of Bluefield, VA and Gerald Browning of North Tazewell, VA.

Our hearts are broken, but our bonds will remain forever.  May you rest in peace.
