EULA KEGLEY MCFARLAND
Eula Kegley McFarland, 88 of North Tazewell, VA, passed away Monday, August 22, 2016 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center. Born in Bluefield, VA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Vester and Ada Dillman Busic. Eula had worked in retail for a number of years at JC Penney. She was a member of the Tazewell County Horseman Club where she served as secretary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ralph Hoover Kegley and her second husband, Rev Thomas Vernon McFarland; son, Terry Wayne Kegley; siblings: James Busic, Charles Daniel Busic and Betty Gunnoe.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Larry Randall Kegley and wife, Carolyn of Tazewell, VA, Barry (Buck) Kegley and wife, Sandy of Bluefield, VA and Danny Lynn Kegley of North Tazewell, VA; brother, Troy Busic and wife, Audrey of Bluefield, VA; sister-in-law, Carol Busic of Bluefield, VA; grandchildren, Terry Wayne Kegley, Stephanie Neel, Heather Wimmer, Alisha Kegley, D.J. Kegley and Jonathon Matney; 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A service to celebrate Eula's life will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Dudley Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ray Amos officiating. Entombment will follow at Grandview Memory Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be Jonathon Matney, Terry Wayne Kegley, Trevor Wimmer, Ronnie Wimmer and Bram Massie. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Dudley Memorial from 11:30 a.m. until the hour of the service.
