DOROTHY AILENE SHRADER
Dorothy Ailene Shrader, 92 of Bluefield, VA went home to be with the Lord Friday, July 3, 2015. She was born in Hazard, KY and was the daughter of the late Hubert Patrick and Rosa Flora Claria Mae Horton Patrick. She was of the Holiness faith and had been a homemaker her entire life. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Henry Belcher and her second husband, Hoge Albert Shrader.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Fredrick Wayne Belcher of Bluefield, VA, Gary Henry Belcher of Dublin, VA, Daniel Albert Belcher, Kenneth Lane Belcher both of Bluefield, VA, Wanda Maxine Johnston and Peggy Geraldine Perdue both of Bluefield, WV; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild.
Services to celebrate Mrs. Shrader's life will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Dudley Memorial Chapel with Minister James Stanley officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery. Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers along with James Johnston and a very close friend, Billy Puckett. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday at Dudley Memorial from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service.
