DIANNA LEE HOOPS YOST

Dianna Lee Hoops Yost, 75, of Bluefield, WV, passed away suddenly Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Born in Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Jackson Hoops, Sr and Ernestine Durham Hoops.  She was a 1967 graduate of Graham High School and went on to graduate from McLain's Business College.  Dianna was a member of Bailey Church. She had a varied work career, including Pocahontas Welding and A1 Welding, C.A.S.E. Head Start substitute teacher, Physicians' Practices, Dr. Brodnick, Dr. Paine and Dr. Miller and customer service representative for Dish Network. Dianna was a member of the Eastern Star.

She will be missed by her son: Shane Yost and his wife, Melissa of Bluefield, WV; her brother: Jackie Hoops and wife, Carolyn of Bluefield, VA; grandchildren: Callista Yost, Caydence Yost-Stout and husband, Tim and Chance Yost; several nieces and nephews; her canine fur-baby: Roxy.

A service to celebrate Dianna's life will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Dudley Memorial Chapel at 11:30 A.M. with Rev. Daniel Ingram officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens.  Bill Dudley, Kyle Croye, Brandon Hoops, Billy Hoops, Tim Stout and Chance Yost will serve as pallbearers.

Friends may visit with the family on Saturday at Dudley Memorial from 10:30 A.M. until the hour of the service.
