DEBRA LYNN BOKISH

Debra Lynn Bokish, 65 of Bluefield, VA, passed away Saturday, November 09, 2024 at her home.  Born in Radford, VA, she was the daughter of the late James Roy and Lula Mae Akers.  She was a loving wife, mother and nanna.  Her family was her devoted passion. She enjoyed traveling anywhere, especially the beach.  She was proud to have been the jack rocks/hopscotch champion at Radford.  She loved all holidays, especially Christmas.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister: Lois Kress.

She will be lovingly missed by her husband of 40 years: Daniel L. Bokish; her children: Angela Arnold and husband, Jamie of Hiwassee, VA. Carrie Davis and husband, Mark of Galax, VA, Jared Bokish and his wife, Suzanne of New Jersey and Austin Bokish of Bluefield, VA; her grandchildren: Kelsey Arnold, Parker Arnold, Kristina Taylor, Victoria Taylor, Andrew Taylor, Landon Taylor, Arrowyn Bokish and Bowyn Bokish; special cousin: Barbara Martin; special friend: Tiffany Reynolds.

In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated.  The family will have a private gathering at a later date to celebrate her life.
