DANNY ALLEN LEWIS

Danny Allen Lewis, 74 of Bluefield, WV, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022 following an extended illness.  Born in Bluefield, WV, he was the son of the late Arless James and Mabel Sue Nosler Lewis.  Danny liked going to yard sales, thrift stores and enjoyed wood-working and painting.  Until his health would no longer permit him to do so, he attended the Memorial Church of Christ in Princeton and the Falls Mills Christian Church.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Judith Harding and Eddie Lewis and his daughter: Hazel Christine Lewis.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 55 years: Faye Harmon Lewis of Bluefield, WV; his son: Anthony Lewis and his wife, Tina of Rock, WV; his siblings; Arless Lewis Jr. of Tucson, AZ and Carolyn Sue Wycuff of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren: Zoe Lewis and Nathaniel Lewis both of Rock, WV; special nephew: Matthew Harmon of Bluefield, WV; his fur babies: Bingo, Baby and Cry Baby.

A service to celebrate Danny's life will be held on Tuesday, January 03, 2023 at Dudley Memorial Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Minister Ron Tabor officiating.  Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery where Military Rites will be conducted by the Mercer County Honor Guard.
