CLINTON WALLACE CARROLL

Clinton Wallace Carroll, 86 of North Tazewell, VA, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, July 3, 2021.  Born in Bluefield, WV, he was the son of the late Gasaway and Flora Meadows Carroll. Clinton was a member of the Springville Christian Church and was very vocal and proud of his love for his Jesus.  He enjoyed fishing, lawn care and being outdoors.  He loved his children and their families.  He had been employed with VDOT as a driver.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Margaret Sue French Carroll; siblings: Willard, Gordon "Cracker" and Lowell Carroll and Loretta Tiller.

He will be lovingly missed by his children: William Carroll (Rita) of Springville, VA, David Carroll and fiancé, Audrea of Richlands, Teresa Dalton (Garry) of Wittens Mill, VA Jennifer Edwards of Springville, VA and Paula Carroll of Tazewell, VA; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one expected; sister: Carolyn Carroll of Springville, VA; special sister in law: Mildred Crouse of Falls Mills, VA.

A service to celebrate Clinton's life will be held Wednesday, July 07, 2021 at Dudley Memorial Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Ministers Tony Reed and Bill Kinser officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens.  Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of the service.
