Charles E. Pruett, 72 of Bluefield, VA, passed away October 23, 2017.  Born in Bluefield, WV, he was the son of the late Charles Eugene and Elsie Mae Patton Pruett, Sr.  C.E. had served his country in the U.S. Army Air Bourne during the Viet Nam war.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Maple Hill Cemetery with Rev Gary Lyons officiating. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:50 A.M.  Military grave rites will be conducted by the VFW Post #9696 and the Pocahontas American Legion Post # 14.  Family and friends are invited to gather at 106 Montgomery Street, Bluefield, VA following the service.
