Cathy Wallace, 67 of Kingsport, TN, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, July 6th. 2024 at Life Care Center of Gray.  She was born in Bluefield, WV to Doris Wallace and the late Bernard Wallace.  Cathy was a devoted Christian. She was a member of Grace Christian Church.  She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Cathy retired from Wellmont after 33 years.  Cathy loved cooking and gardening.

Those left to cherish her memory are: her mother, Doris Wallace; her sister: Glenna Smith and husband, Gerald.  She is also survived by her daughter: Denise Frye; granddaughter: Nichole Lane; nephews: Tim Pauley and Kris Pauley; along with several great nieces, nephews and many special cousins.

A service to celebrate Cathy's life will be held Friday, July 12, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Dudley Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ed Clevinger officiating.  Cathy will be laid to rest beside her father in a private burial.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of the service.
