BILLIE MARIE BAILEY

Billie Marie Bailey, 74, of Bluefield, VA, passed away Friday, October 30, 2026. Born in Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Charles Emmett and Masel Scott Goins. Billie had worked a variety of jobs throughout her life, but she was best known for her role as homemaker, being a loving sister, mother and grandmother to her family. Spending time with her granddaughter was the light of her life. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings: Charles Goins, Jr and Linda Wagner.

Her memory will be cherished by her sons: Greg Bailey and wife, Wendy of Maine and Devon Bailey and wife, Nikki of Marion, VA; her siblings: Pat Burnopp and husband, Richard of Bluefield, WV, Brenda Davidson of SC, Gene Goins and wife, Ellen of Bluefield, WV, and Sam Goins and wife, Barbara of Bluefield, WV; brother-in-law: Larry Wagner of Bluefield, VA; sister-in-law: Debbie Goins of Bluefield, WV; her pride and joy, her granddaughter: Aspyn Bailey of Marion, VA.

Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, November 03, 2026 at Dudley Memorial Chapel from 12:30 P.M. until 1:30 P.M.

Billie will be laid to rest beside her parents at Roselawn Cemetery in a private family setting.

There will be no public service.
