BETTY JOE SNELL
Betty Joe Snell, 81 of Bluefield, VA, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017. Born in Pounding Mill, VA, she was the daughter of the late Clarence H. and Della Henderson Sword. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Frankie Horton Snell; brother: Daniel Sword; sister: Annette Caldwell; niece: Kellie Jo Miller.
She is survived by her sister: Linda Ellison of North Tazewell, VA; nieces: Mary Edmonds (Avery) of North Tazewell, VA, Cidney Tillie (David) of Hardy, VA, Kimberly Allen of California, Monica Carlyle (David) of Florida; other extended family: Rodney and Betty Jo Scott, Walter and Brenda Scott, Bonnie Hall and Vilma Scott all of Falls Mills, VA, J. Mike and Debbie Dawson of Troy, VA.
A graveside service will be held Monday, July 3, 2017 at Grandview Memory Mausoleum Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Friends may visit with the family on Monday at Dudley Memorial from 1:15-1:45 p.m.
