ARLEY HOBERT ROSE

Arley Hobert Rose, 90 of Cyclone, WV, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Logan Regional Hospital. Born in Pageton, WV, he was the son of the late Henry and Margaret Rose. He had served his country in the United States Army during WWII.  He had been a coal miner for his life's vocation.  He and his wife had attended his Campus Church of God.  Earlier in his life, Hobert enjoyed fishing and camping.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-mother: Bessie Rose; sisters: Lila and Mildred; brothers:  Jessie, Alvin, Richard and Frank; granddaughter: Leesa Morales.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years: Elizabeth Merritt Rose of Merced, CA; daughters: Sandra Seybold (Frank) of Trenton, Nebraska, Trudy Hobbs (Roy) of Hereford, TX; grandchildren: Sabrina Seybold, Cecil Parker, Deanna Donaho; great-grandchildren: Brett, Madason and Lexi Donaho, Kaleb and Brandon Fuqua; great great-grandchildren: Hayden Fuqua and Abree Nepveux; brothers: Dewey and Joe Rose; sisters: Bealah Martin, Sonia Profitt and Lois Hamilton; additional half-sisters: Goldie, Joyce. Margaret, Barbara and Betty.

There will be no public visitation. Entombment will take place on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Bluewell, WV.  Those wishing to attend the burial are asked to be at Woodlawn Mausoleum on Tuesday by 9:50 A.M.
